AMB Ramps Up Industrial Property Presence in Mexico with Accion Takeover

AMB Property Corp., through an affiliate, has acquired the remaining 42 percent of G. Accion S.A. de C.V. that it had not previously owned. The purpose of the transaction was, according to AMB, to create a fully integrated platform from which the company will continue to develop, lease, acquire and operate industrial real estate in Mexico.

Technology-related real estate firm Digital Realty Trust has announced the pricing of a public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $38.42 per share, for net proceeds of approximately $183.9 million after underwriting discounts, commissions and estimated offering expenses.
United Capital Receives Acquisition Proposal

Petrocelli, its chairman, president & CEO, proposing to acquire all of the company’s outstanding common stock at a cash purchase price of $23 per share, which represents about a 15 percent premium over the average closing price of the company’s common stock on Friday.
