The 34,000-square-foot office building at 1060 8th Ave. in downtown San Diego, Calif., has come under new ownership. La Jolla Car Wash took the class B office property off the hands of Pacific View Properties, and plans to occupy a portion of the four-story building, while leasing the remaining space to other businesses. Located across from a San Diego Metropolitan System stop and within close proximity to the 5 Freeway, the four-story structure is currently home to Woodbury University; the school, however, plans to vacate its space this summer. Voit represented Pacific View, and Strom Commercial stood in for the buyer.
