$25M Trade of Denver Radisson Closes
May 29, 2008

The 478-room Radisson Hotel Denver Southeast in Aurora, Co., officially became part of Red Lion Hotels Corp.'s portfolio with the closing of the company's $25 million acquisition of the hotel. Red Lion relied on a $50 million line of credit to finance the acquisition, and now that the deal is done, the company has changed the property's name to the Red Lion Hotel Denver Southeast and planned an $8 million makeover. Located adjacent to the city's light rail system, the hotel sits 20 minutes from downtown Denver and 25 minutes from Denver International Airport.
