Primus Pharmaceuticals has decided to keep its name on the tenant roster at the nearly 80,500-square-foot office building 4725 N. Scottsdale Road in Phoenix, Ariz., by renewing its lease and simultaneously expanding its occupancy to nearly 6,500 square feet with property owners Anderson Highland Park L.L.C. and Wolf Highland Park L.L.C. With Primus' commitment, the class B office property, sited adjacent to the Scottsdale Fashion Square, is now 100 percent leased. Both the tenant and the landlord relied on the representation ofGrubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial L.L.C. to facilitate the transaction.
