Apollo Real Estate Advisors' Apollo Value Enhancement Fund VII L.P. has gotten a loan for the $72.25 million acquisition of the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre and $32 million renovation of the property, according to Jones Lang LaSalle's capital markets group, that secured the $70 million loan. The hotel is a 20-story glass-curtain high-rise in North Dallas. It has 500 rooms and 35,000 square feet of meeting space.
