The owner of the 227-room Lexington Orlando CityPlace hotel has inked a 10-year licensing agreement under which the property will be operated as a Crowne Plaza. Madison, Wis.-based S&L Hospitality signed the agreement with Intercontinental Hotels Group; it goes into effect on July 3.
"The property is in great shape," S&L chief operating officer Eric Lund told the Orlando Business Journal. "We're going through a property improvement plan to make sure we adhere to the standards of the Crowne Plaza brand."
