A new tenant is on the roster at Park 27 Distribution Center II in Orlando, Fla., now that hhgregg Inc. has committed to 282,100 square feet at the 396,700-square-foot industrial facility in Davenport. The electronics and appliance retailer signed a lease with Duke Realty Corp. Located at 220 Deen Still Rd., Park 27 II is within the I-4/Highway 27 interchange area, as well as the State of Florida as a whole. With hhgregg's lease, the facility is now 71 percent leased. Summit Realty represented the tenant in the transaction, while Duke relied on internal representation.
