BioRealty Has 100-Acre Science Park on Tap for Mass.

BioRealty Inc. and JM Holdings Inc. have signed a development agreement to build the 100-acre Grafton Science Park in Grafton, Mass. The park will comprise 702,000 square feet of manufacturing, research, and office facilities.

In addition, The Cummings School is building a 40,000 square-foot lab within Grafton Science Park, according to the Boston Business Journal. Based in California, BioRealty is a private firm specializing in acquisition, leasing, and development of biomedical properties.
