Warren, Mich.-headquartered Madison Electronic Co. will establish a new branch in Madison Heights now that is has signed a lease to occupy the 16,840-square-foot industrial building at 30545 Stephenson Highway, about 15 miles outside of Detroit, Mich. The electrical product distributor will occupy the 24-year-old facility in its entirety. Larry Schultz of Friedman Real Estate Group Inc. orchestrated the transaction on behalf of property owner, Charles V. Russo.
