Deloitte Considers Green Downtown Detroit Building

Executives at Deloitte are considering building an environmentally friendly building in downtown Detroit, according to Crain's Detroit Business. The publication reports that the firm has two years left on their Renaissance Center lease and are considering constructing the new building as a showcase.

Deloitte currently occupies 157,000 square feet in the Renaissance Center. However, any new space would need to comprise at least 200,000 square feet to house 1,000 employees. It has been in the 600 Tower of the center since 1992 and has had space in the center itself for longer than that time.
